Deals We Have Done


Prime shop premises have been let by Austin Phoenix in Fleet Road. The shop occupies a prominent trading position in Fleet's main shopping street, opposite The Hart Shopping Centre. The property comprises a lock-up shop with WC and staff room. To the rear of the property is a deep garden of about 105ft, near a public car park.


We sold 3.4 acres of freehold woodland on behalf of our clients. The land has a public footpath running through it to the Lightwater Country Park and is situated in High View Road opposite residential properties.


Acting on behalf of private clients, we acquired a 13,000 sq ft office building and converted it to residential under permitted development rights. It is now 20 self-contained flats and a similar number of parking spaces under the building.


We have sold a 5,000 sq ft industrial unit to the local authority so they can expand their adjoining depot operations.


We have acted on behalf of private clients in the sale of 2 retail investments in the town, one let to Strutt & Parker and the other let to Phase Eight Fashion. Yields in the 6-7% region were achieved.

Frimley Green

Private clients instructed us to sell their investment property comprising a commercial yard with vehicle workshops and a mobile phone mast. We successfully negotiated a sale to the tenant.

Heathrow (Colnbrook)

In 2009 we sold 20 acres of greenbelt land to Goodman Plc who are endeavouring to achieve a planning consent for 2,000,000 sq ft of warehousing on their overall ownership of circa.150 acres sandwiched between the M25, the M4 and the A4 (Colnbrook By-Pass).

We continue to act for the private family vendors on the remainder land they own at Colnbrook which amounts to some 22 acres south of the A4 Colnbrook By-Pass. This may well have commercial and/or residential development potential in the future, depending on the outcome of the 3rd runway decision at Heathrow Airport.


We act on behalf of Shepperton Properties Ltd who own a large block of property where we manage the commercial element encompassing several shops.

Following recent extention and consolidation of four shops into one large unit, we successfully let the new premises.

Other units in the block include Corals and Nat West Bank amongst others. Half of the upper floors are vacant offices which have consent for conversion to residential. The remaining half of the upper floors has been residential since they were originally constructed in the 1960's.

Virginia Water

We are acting for a Private Owner in the sale of 10 acres of land for residential development off Stroude Road. The site is to become a large exclusive Care Home complex.


We act on behalf of Red Hot Penny Ltd, a software designer and have relocated them twice in the last 5 years. They have expanded into larger and more modern offices in Molly Millar's Lane.


We have sold the former Mushroom Farm on Reading Road on behalf of private clients to a residential developer and the 30 acre site has now been developed with 85 houses.


Another site in Yateley of 46 acres was sold on behalf of private clients to a developer on a Subject to Planning contract. Consent was achieved for a 110 bed Care Home which is now completed and trading successfully.
